Ryan Bleggi has been a REALTOR in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and Fort Myers, Florida since January of 2005 when he moved to the area from Chicago. Originally, Ryan Bleggi majored in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame, class of 2000, but quickly realized that sitting at a desk crunching numbers was not for him. After moving to Chicago post graduation, Ryan worked in the Information Technology field (i.e. computer nerd) from 2000 thru 2004. This background gave him a good base to excel in online and social media marketing, where nearly everyone begins their search for a home. Ryan Bleggi had the privilege of growing up in Youngstown, OH and attending Boardman High School, alma mater of Bernie Kosar and Dave Dravecky. Although Youngstown isn?t a large city and certainly not a thriving economic powerhouse, it has some of the best Italian restaurants and pizza in the country. Ryan, his wife Kari, and two young daughters currently reside in Estero, FL, and they love it. The Bleggis live about two minutes from the�Miromar Outlets, five minutes from�Gulf Coast Town Center, 7 minutes from�Coconut Point, and 20 minutes from�Barefoot Beach�and�Bonita Beach. So roughly, they have about 100 restaurants and all the shopping they can handle right at their fingertips. Over the past seven years, Ryan Bleggi's primary focus in real estate has been working with buyers and investors, although he has successfully listed and sold many properties as well. Going back to his experience in the IT field, Ryan focuses all of his advertising efforts online through numerous websites and prime placement for certain zip codes and communities. Currently, his listings and online advertisements are getting hundreds of thousands of views per month. Going back to the basics of a real estate transaction, Ryan's primary goal is to do everything in his power to facilitate a stress free and smooth transaction that mitigates any potential risk on the part of his client.
